Breakfast- a well edited selection of proteins, vegetables/salads, fruit, pastry/cereal/grain. The coffee was good. There were 3 juice beverages but sadly no apple juice for the children. The room was larger than I expected, so we felt very comfortable. The towels were fluffy and I appreciated the bath sheet size towels. The view from our rooms (we had 2 rooms) was overlooking a university building and very nice. The staff was lovely and helped us with taxis & directions. They always greeted us and made us feel like valued guests. The hotel is currently under renovation, which I knew about prior to booking. The noise from the construction started at about 830-845 and wasn’t too terrible. It was over before 4pm, so really not a big deal. The location is wonderful- easy 10-15 minute walk to many destinations and in the heart of the pedestrian shopping streets, grocery store around the corner and scads of restaurants. My family enjoyed our visit.

The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing with a fantastic choice of food and delicious omelettes made to order. The female employee locating tables at breakfast was absolutely lovely - she had a super manner and was so helpful and friendly. The dining area and bar area was very comfortable and relaxing with lovely decor. We started our day in here and ended it in here too. That says a lot. The location is perfect. Very close to all major attractions by foot and on a quiet street.

Excellent hotel, close to the centre. Loved the feel of the hotel and staff very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was front of house at breakfast service - excellent service and very friendly. Whilst the room overlooked the bar / restaurant area, no issue with sound/noise or light etc. Found the room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was excellent. Used the fitness room, which had a decent selection of weights and machines to use. Would definitely book again.

I loved the staff: Marie helped me navigate the Metro to the hotel when I called with questions on navigating on my first solo trip . I’m hard of hearing, so she put everything in writing and emailed it to me. She noticed I was early so she asked housekeeping (on my behalf—I hadn’t even thought to ask) to prep a room for me. Kola helped me get signed, was very polite and kind with this frustrated woman who had a long day of traveling. Someone, please tell them they are doing a great job!

Superb location in a central and picturesque area of Copenhagen, close to the Norrebro metro and main attractions. A very modern and spacey place (not a boutique hotel) with a fascinating lobby/breakfast area. I had a large and quite room on a high floor, which met all my expectations. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and good coffee.
